· 3 tablespoons chia seeds
· 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
· 3/4 cup milk of choice
· ½ cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
· Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
· Place in refrigerator until thickened.
· Once thick, stir together again and add a splash of extra milk if needed.
· Stir in berries or add to top!
