Runners World Magazine. Each month, there are articles of someone who has come back from a tragic accident, like the loss of a limb or open heart surgery. These are truly the best motivation! If they can, then I can too! 2. What’s your favorite healthy meal?

My favorite healthy meal would have to be a salad made with spring mix, avocado, artichoke hearts, ham, turkey and lots of veggies! 3. Favorite workout?
