1 cup Instant Jasmine Rice
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups packed fresh spinach
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in medium saucepan set over medium heat; cook garlic for 1 min.
Add rice to saucepan and coat with butter and oil.
Stir spinach into rice mixture.
Lastly, stir in lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
Serve with your favorite protein!
